Getting Married at Villa Campestri

Marriage is the golden ring in a chain whose
beginning is a glance and whose ending is Eternity.
~ Kahlil Gibran ~

Beautiful words by a wise man who sees marriage not as something that holds someone back, but as an eternal bond that grows throughout every year – enhancing each person’s individual traits while remainign strong together. We admit that at Villa Campestri Olive Oil Resort, we tend to be romantics.

Perhaps it’s our suggestive location, nestled in the Mugello Hills, or the Italian culture where love is omnipresent, in any case, nothing beats an amazing wedding, big or small. When a couple chooses our resort as the place they want to begin their journey in life, we consider that a very special compliment, and seek to help them make their day as special as possible.

Our home in Tuscany is the perfect base for a wedding weekend you won’t ever forget. From olive-oil tastings, to a relaxing massage in our olive grove to world class cuisine, we have everything on-site for a perfect, relaxing event.

Italy is one of the most popular countries in the world to tie the knot and it really comes as no surprise once you find yourself immersed in the rolling green hills or among gorgeous sunflower fields, a wonderful site to see in the summer.

We have held a variety of different wedding on our grounds, from vintage-inspired affairs (like the photo above) to most recently a symbolic wedding which took place under a cypress tree, a quintessential Tuscan scene by  Jo Bertolino of Tuscan Pledges.

One of the best aspects of a destination wedding in Tuscany is the fact that it will most certainly be a vacation for everyone. A region so rich in activities, food and landscape, a wedding ‘week’ almost seems appropriate. If the Tuscan hills could talk, they would whisper so many things, perhaps a little marital advice or simply to remind you that life is most special when taken day by day, enjoying every moment. This is something we stand by at Villa Campestri, stop the rush and savor your cappuccino.

If you are looking to get married in Tuscany, write us at villa.campestri@villacampestri.it and let us know how you envision your special day. Our family will be honored to help your special day be unforgettable.
