Olive Oil Massage: the best at Villa Campestri Olive Oil Resort

There’s a hidden place at Villa Compestri Olive Oil Resort where nature melds with your well-being to create a special world. In a lovely grove at Villa Campestri, it’s possible to lift your gaze to the sky, glance down to the surrounding green olive trees, and close your eyes, harken to the song of birds and at the same time relax to an expert massage. This special place is our little bamboo grove.  Since 1989 it has grown, together with the Villa and the family Pasquali. The intimate grove in 2011 became the ideal location to embrace the restoration, of you and your body, as you stretch out on a lounge to enjoy the pleasure of SPO, Salus Per Oleum, a program that we offer to our guests, complete with an olive oil massage for every corner of the body. The bamboo grove is a magical place. With the softest of breezes, the long slim canes of bamboo sway and create sparkles of light and color that relax and overwhelm.  An even more intense contact with nature comes with the olive oil of Villa Campestri.  Within the grove, the massage, together with the oil, combines to achieve the perfect mix to regenerate your body.  How?  By exploiting the properties of fresh olive oil that mitigates the annoyances of a neglected skin with a knowledgable touch.

Every one of our massages is with New Oil rich in vitamins A and D, as well as with properties that allow total and deep penetration of the skin to give a smooth luxurious softness to skin weakened by sun exposure and detergents.  Not to speak of its properties that soothe and heal as well.  In ancient times olive oil was a medicant to cure wounds and to disinfect; it was a beauty product used to create perfumes, creams, oils and balsam to soften the skin, to massage, refresh and energize the body. One hears enviously of Cleopatra’s luxurious olive oil baths on the shores of the Dead Sea.

And so, as they did in times past, with New Oil we invigorate your body in a marvelous surrounding, to give you a new feeling of peace with the world and with yourself.
