Menu of the evening:
The raw tomato soup, the typical tomato shorba;
The cucumber and yogurt sauce;
Humus, the typical chickpeas served with oil and bread;
Cous-cous in three styles: vegetarian, with cereals, classic with meat and vegetables;
Green tea ice cream and extra-virgin olive oil;
As per tradition, during the dinner will be served hot green tea.
