This post is to express a hearty ‘thank you.’ As the year draws to an end, we look back with gratitude to tell you, dear clients, that on balance we can reflect on these 365 days of 2012 as those we’ll remember with the greatest pleasure. They were among our best!
We’ve already written about this year at Villa Campestri and today we want just to thank you for helping our best year to happen.
Thank you for coming to us and for your lovely words about our work here. Thank you for your presence that makes Villa Campestri such a special place, so particular of its kind.
Thank you for having so much appreciated our olive oil, for having ‘exported’ it to your own homes, to have brought it back to friends and relatives in distant places. Thank you for your enjoyment of our special kitchen and our Restaurant L’Olivaia, and for being with us at tasting sessions with our chef.
And we thank you for following us on our website, for reading and commenting on our blogs which we’ll continue through the winter hiatus to bring you the highlights and history of various sites in our surrounding hills of Mugello. We hope you’ll continue during this time to read and comment through our Facebook page, and our regular tweets.
It’s you who make Villa Campestri such as special place, a place in which so many of you have enjoyed returning again and again, to relax, to discover the culture of olive oil, to taste the delights of a special kitchen and enjoy the beauty of the Mugello and Tuscany itself.
