The route allows you to discover not only what are the stables used but also and especially the way in which the cows are raised and how is the production of milk: a way to exploit the territory and the techniques of breeding and agriculture.
The route is indicated by a series of brown signs that are located along the main roads leading to the Mugello and various businesses or farms. Here you can watch the production of milk and dairy products but also discover all the other productions made within the farm, thanks to tastings.
