Emiko Davies is a fabulous 30-something lady with a passion for good food, great wine, history and photography, and she is married to a Tuscan sommelier. Plus she has lived in Tuscany for 7 years in her recent history. Emiko, as might be predictable, will be ensuring that Villa Campestri olive oil plays a leading role in this six day event. The course also manages to involve a whole host of different lifestyle experiences, not just the food one! You will be fully immersed in local culture and history, visit Florence and discover food markets and quirky food shops, visit local villages, understand something about the art of photography to immortalise your carefully produced dishes forever, meet new people, spend time with Emiko and discover the delights of Villa Campestri and the Tuscan countryside in autumn – a beautiful time of year.
