We have some exciting news to share with you all, next Monday, May 26th we will have the pleasure of a famous Spanish Michelin-starred chef, Maria Josè San Roman, cooking up delicious dishes in our kitchen at L’Olivaia restaurant at Villa Campestri olive-oil resort.
To describe her vision in a nutshell: Chef San Román’s subtle, sophisticated cooking reflects her extensive travels around the world and a deep commitment to her Mediterranean roots and the stellar product of her home region of Alicante as well as the rest of Spain. She has six restaurants, one recently rated the Best Tapas Bar in Spain.

She will prepare a special dinner at our restaurant, L’Olivaia based on “Spanish traditions and Olive Oil” on May 26th, at 8pm.

Iberian ham and the “pane di vetro” with tomato
Guacamole of peas with lobster and “farga” extra-virgin olive oil
Strawberry gazpacho with white asparagus and egg yolk, olive oil extra virgin “hojiblanca ”
Red mullet with béarnaise sauce made of olive oil extra virgin ” arbequina ” and chard
Alaska frozen souffle with an orange gelato and “royal” extra-virgin olive oil
” Polvorones ” of cocoa and gelatine with Alma ( coupage Picual , hojablanca , picudo )
