Extra-virgin olive oil tasting course

 

Our oil tasting courses are based on the sensory analysis of two or three different extra-virgin olive oils.

We analyse in detail the three fundamental indicators necessary to describe the characteristics of an oil:
fruitiness, bitterness and spiciness.

As we progress, we also run over the salient points in the history of olive oil and its place in contemporary learning.

 

Duration: 1 hour and a half
Price: 50 euros per person
