Christmas Cribs in Tuscany
- In Castelfiorentino in the province of Florence we can find the meteorological nativity scene with special effects, where the suggestions are given by the cycle of the seasons with sunny days, morning mists and thunderstorms.
- Also in the province of Florence in Empoli we find a Neapolitan nativity scene. In the parish of San Giovanni Evangelista instead, next to the artistic nativity scene, the living nativity scene made of words, dance and music has been staged for some years.
- In Petroio the mechanized nativity set up externally occupies an entire hill.
- Over 200 movements instead for the Christmas crib of Poggibonsi set up in a shed in an illustrated tour of about 50 depictions of ancient crafts, including the carpenter, the barber, the women who weave wool, the butcher, the blacksmith.
- Moving to the province of Pisa we find the much appreciated crib of San Romano that embraces the whole cloister of the Franciscan convent of the sanctuary of Maria Madre della Divina Grazia.
- And still in the province of Lucca in Porcari a beautiful exhibition of cribs is set up with works by Italian and Spanish sculptors, and in Siena we find a large collection of cribs from all over the world.

- 18 November 2017 – 7 January 2018: Christmas Village in Montepulciano (Siena).
- 25 November 2017 – 7 January 2018: Arezzo city of Christmas, in the historic center of Arezzo.
- From 26 November 2017 to 8 January 2018: Merry ChristMass of the city of Massa.
- From 6 December 2017 to 6 January 2018: Natale di Luce in Arcidosso (Grosseto).
