It is a traditional cuisine linked to the products of its territory, which favors vegetables and legumes, alongside excellent meat specialties. All flavored with the exquisite olive oil that has always been produced in this generous land.
On the coast you can also enjoy delicious dishes based on very fresh and expertly cooked fish.

This ancient kitchen, however, has many secrets that are handed down from generation to generation. In fact, each Tuscan town retains its own recipes with small variations compared to the nearby towns.
For this reason, to really learn all the secrets of Tuscan cuisine, it is recommended to participate in a Tuscan cooking course in a location that has preserved its traditions, such as Mugello.
The cooking classes are held by our Chef who is ready to share with you all his secrets.
You can choose from a short course (one lesson of two hours) or a course of more classes (up to a maximum of five days) to really learn everything there is to know about good Tuscan cuisine. Classes are held in the morning in the beautiful Villa Campestri Olive Oil Resort, in the heart of Mugello.
Participants have access to our professinal kitchen, where the Chef will explain how to prepare delicious dishes made with fresh ingredients.
