As an Olive Oil Resort, we pride ourselves on the history and traditions associate with our buildings and land, our cuisine at L’Olivaia is traditional with a twist and immensely focused on olive oils, our Salus Per Oleum massage options are about making you feel good and healthy and our latest venture into making our own honey gives us a good quality product and keeps us close to our lands. Natural values are always the highlight.
It’s no small task keeping the wood burner constantly fed!
And the same is true of our heating system. A large wood-fired burner run with wood collected from the local forests (which are in a constant state of controlled reforestation) keeps us as warm as toast in the colder months.
