The ‘Fiera Calda’ of Vicchio
Just like it’s been every year in the past, the Fiera Calda will be held from the 31st of August to the 4th of September, one of the oldest popular traditions of Vicchio. As always, the Fiera Calda begins on the last Wednesday of August and finishes on the Sunday that comes thereafter.
In the past, the Fiera Calda was an important moment for the local country life, known throughout the Tuscan countryside for the abundance of goods and animals shown and for the multitudes of people who arrived from all over to participate.
The Fiera Calda is still today a very important moment of celebration and over the years it’s been able to combine tradition and innovation, becoming a must-visit place with the craftsmanship of Mugello and Val di Sieve and with a rich calendar full of events and concerts.
