A study between Olive Oil, Beer & Tradition

On Sunday, June 27th will be a very special dining event at our Restaurant L’Olivaia, our chef will embark on a taste journey combining three very interesting elements, namely Olive-Oil, beer and Tuscan Tradition. Both beer and olive oil have a long and deep tradition in European cuisine, with each country cultivating their own versions of excellence. While it might seem strange to combine them in the kitchen, the surprise is how well they actually go together given the right palate.

We try and hold these events at Villa Campestri olive-oil resort as often as possible to give our guests and anyone who basically loves great gourmet food the chance to dine with us. Our official event page can be found here with the night’s menu displayed below.
