Maria Josè San Roman, Michelin-starred Chef from Spain coming to Villa Campestri!

We have some exciting news to share with you all, next Monday, May 26th we will have the pleasure of a famous Spanish Michelin-starred chef, Maria Josè San Roman, cooking up delicious dishes in our kitchen at L’Olivaia restaurant at Villa Campestri olive-oil resort.

To describe her vision in a nutshell: Chef San Román’s subtle, sophisticated cooking reflects her extensive travels around the world and a deep commitment to her Mediterranean roots and the stellar product of her home region of Alicante as well as the rest of Spain.  She has six restaurants, one recently rated the Best Tapas Bar in Spain.

The delightful menu that she will wow our guests includes our extra-virgin olive oil and other innovative culinary dishes!

She will prepare a special dinner at our restaurant, L’Olivaia based on “Spanish traditions and Olive Oil” on May 26th, at 8pm.
