Christmas time in Tuscany is as special as anywhere else in the world celebrating the holiday season. Towns all over the region decorate their streets with pretty Christmas lights and decorations which make each place come alive.
Most people think to visit Tuscany during the summer months, and personally spring and autumn are our favorites times in Italy. But the winter also holds a special appeal. There are much less people to fight over museum tickets and crowd Tuscany’s tiny, charming alleyways.
