The moment has arrived for Villa Campestri Olive Oil Resort to close. It’s a time for us to recharge our batteries to renew our energies for an even better season next year.

After conquering the U.S., OliveToLive has landed in Spain: on December 1st, 2011 was in fact opened a new Oleoteca® Villa Campestri in Alicante. A dedicated space for the Oleoteca® Villa Campestri has been created in the restaurant Monastrell, owned by Michelin-starred Chef Maria Josè San Roman, famous for her passion for olive oil.

The 14th edition of Gastronomika in San Sebastian, the international congress of food and wine that features and displays the best of Spain and the international community, has just ended.  This year, our Paolo Pasquini, brought his innovative creation OliveToLive to the famous festival.

It’s happening at Villa Campestri. In the past few days the crew of the La7 television program, I’ll Take You There (Ti ci porto io), with Gianfranco Vissani and Michela Rocco, arrived at Villa Campestri to film our story: the wonders of our Resort and our major activity, the story of our olive oil, of course.
